Stuart Rubin has over 20 years of experience as managing director and chief financial officer in the financial services industry. He has more than 30 years of experience as an investment banker, broker and broker-dealer.

He has experience in helping Deloitte clients meet the challenges of digital risk systems such as risk management, compliance, risk analysis and compliance management. His experience includes work as a financial services consultant, investment banker and broker-dealer. It has focused on helping consumer and fintech service organizations to implement, evaluate, monitor and improve their digital and digital – initial risk and risk management solutions.

Stuart is also a member of Deloitte’s Digital and Digital Initial Risk and Risk Management Advisory Group. It is part of the consulting practice of Delositte Controls Advisory, which uses emerging technologies to deploy control – activated and automated control, monitoring and testing solutions that deliver meaningful business results compared to traditional control concepts such as monitoring or testing.

Stuart is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Studies. Prior to joining Deloitte, he founded a leading cyber services consulting firm, where he launched a managed services platform to assess and report the impact of cyber-related events. Stuart has spoken at industry conferences such as the IT Security Summit, the International IT Management Conference and the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He has been involved in programming and sponsorships aimed at attracting, retaining, developing and promoting a diverse workforce, as well as strengthening an inclusive culture in which people can connect, belong and grow.

Stuart Rubin has advised on a range of issues, from the impact of climate change on the environment to the role of government in the economy and the future.

Stuart has worked for a number of leading international law firms, most recently as a partner in KPMG’s London office. His recent experience includes activities in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, including working with listed companies in China, India, Japan, South Korea and South Africa. Stuart has had the opportunity to work with companies and investment banks on both public and private equity offerings, including accelerated book templates for the global financial services sector, the first-ever public IPO of a global investment bank, and a public stake in a private company. He has also worked with a number of other companies, including Britain’s biggest listed company, Royal Bank of Scotland, as part of its investment banking team.
